By accessing and using LinkQR (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Every LinkQR user — guest or registered — must comply with all rules on this page along with our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service is deemed acceptance of any updates we publish from time to time.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LinkQR for activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (including the ITE Law, Criminal Code, and related regulations) or applicable international laws. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Online gambling, betting, casino, slots, togel, and any form of gambling whatsoever.
  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or attempts to steal other users' credentials.
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software.
  • Illegal pornographic content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), extreme violence, or hate speech.
  • Mass spam, pyramid/ponzi schemes, money games, or misleading marketing practices.
  • Infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Sale of illegal goods/services such as narcotics, illegal firearms, or forged documents.
  • Activities that violate third-party privacy, doxxing, or unauthorized disclosure of personal data.

3. User Accounts

Registered users are fully responsible for the security of their account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and may not create fake or duplicate accounts or impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. User Content

You are fully responsible for all URLs, content, or materials you submit through the Service. LinkQR does not pre-review every URL, but we reserve the right to disable, remove, or block links reported or detected to violate these terms, without notice and without refund (if applicable).

5. Reporting & Enforcement

Anyone can report suspected violations via the Report page. Our team will review reports and take appropriate action, including disabling links, terminating accounts, and/or forwarding information to law enforcement when necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. LinkQR is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including damages caused by links created by other users.

7. Privacy

Handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and failing that, through the competent courts within the Republic of Indonesia.
